From the 1980s to 1990s, Patek Philippe created some of the most desired skeletonized watches. The present watch, reference 3881, and the reference 3880 were one of the first skeletonized wristwatches that the firm had produced. With a delicately engraved movement embellished with 106 diamonds on the outer ring, the present watch displays a fine level of craftsmanship by Patek Philippe and is further elevated with its rare gold bracelet.
