To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Aquanaut, Patek Philippe released the reference 5167 in 2007 as a significant upgrade of the collection. Featuring a stainless steel case measuring 40 mm, the index at 3 o'clock is replaced with a date aperture, making the watch very practical for everyday use.

Together with the rise in popularity of the Nautilus, the Aquanaut equally became a very sought-after model with extensive waiting lists at authorised retailers. The present watch is therefore an exciting opportunity for any collector wishing to acquire such a piece instantly, as it is offered complete with its Certificate of Origin and presentation case.
