Slightly damp stained labels, 1 of which slightly torn and partially missing

As usual, this has the breed of a Grand Cru. Clearer in colour and less dense than, say, Chambertin Clos de Bèze from the same domain and year, it can be more expensive in a restaurant. It has a 'lightness of being' in the 2000, perfumed, persistent and pure. What an entry wine to a great New York dinner in 2008! Serena Sutcliffe, MW
