Description

Dom Pérignon 1998

Excellent levels and appearance

In 2019, a complex, mature, spicy, aromatic nose with candied fruit dominant. The taste resembles a liquid simnel cake, in all its currants, raisins, sultanas and marzipan glory. Creamy textured, this is now a superb 'food Champagne', with a vanillin sweetness and cinnamon French toast finale. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
