90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot. 90% new barrels. Deep, intense nose. Powerful fleshiness and body. Beautifully ripe without a hint of over-ripeness. Glorious sweet finish. So much glycerol, vanilla and liquorice plus softness and ripe tannins. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
