Extraordinary fruity nose mixed with orange blossom. Blissful finesse on the palate - it treads the light fantastic! Everything is refined about this, the bubbles, the texture and the persistence, opening out into great, flavoury definition. I do not know of a 1999 with more character and with more of a noble sign-off.
