Nicholas Tse is an outstanding Chinese male signer, international movie star, songwriter, producer, young entrepreneur and chef all rolled into one. Being the founder of Chef Nic, a gourmet lifestyle brand, Nicholas is the world's first-ever Friend of Michelin.

Through his Chef Nic food travelogues and variety series, Nicholas strives to bridge the culture from the East and the West by presenting the delectable moments and culinary stories from all cultures and promoting the Chinese food culture around the world.

Passionate about philanthropies and supporting young entrepreneurs, Nicholas is committed to participate in charity. Not only did he donate for Hope primary school, but he also joined forces with several foundations and launched NiCUBATOR to help young people to realise their dreams at the InnoTech Expo 2017 hosted by Our Hong Kong Foundation.
