Graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from Royal Holloway, University of London, Laurinda Ho worked as an assistant tax advisor at Ernst & Young, London, before joining the company's Beijing office as a senior accountant.In 2016, she assumed the duty as a non-executive director and a member of the audit committee of Macau Legend Development Limited. Since then, she has also been the Executive Director of UNIR Australia Property Limited. In 2020, she was appointed as member of Foshan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Laurinda ventured in the dining industry in 2018. She licensed the prominent "JiuWu Beef Noodles" and opened its first Hong Kong branch in Causeway Bay the same year.

Laurinda is also an active philanthropist. In January 2017, she and her friends spontaneously founded a charity group, "Smile With Us HK", to spread positive energy and smiles. "Smile With Us HK" was registered as an Approved Charitable Institution in Hong Kong in October 2018.

何超蓮畢業於英國倫敦大學皇家賀洛唯學院經濟學士，先後加入倫敦安永會計師事務所擔任助理稅務顧問及北京安永會計師事務所之高級會計。2016年起獲委任為澳門勵駿創建有限公司之非執行董事及審核委員成員；同時為安利（澳洲）有限公司的現任董事。2020年成為佛山市政協。

於2018年進軍餐飲業，引入知名牛肉麵店「玖五牛肉麵」，並於同年在銅鑼灣開設香港第一間分店。她亦積極發展慈善事業，2017年1月與朋友自發組成慈善團隊Smile With Us HK，傳播正能量和微笑為宗旨。2018年10月Smile With Us HK正式成為香港註冊慈善機構。
