Dubbed as the Queen of Singer-songwriters in Hong Kong, Ivana Wong has won numerous songwriting, singing, and acting awards since her debut. Among the several large-scale concerts she hosted between 2008-2018, Water·Lily, her first solo concert, was praised as a groundbreaking Art Show in the Hung Hom Coliseum. Apart from being a songwriter, a theatre performer, and a film actress, Ivana has also participated in several conceptual performances and art projects, expressing ideas and sharing thoughts through multimedia art.

王菀之多年來獲得無數音樂創作、歌手以及演員獎項，並有「香港唱作女皇」美譽。2008 - 2018年間，舉行多個大型演唱會，其中首次舉行的《水．百合》個人演唱會，更被喻為「顛覆紅館的Art Show」。除了音樂創作、劇場和電影演出，也擔任多個演出和拍攝的概念和藝術創作，以多媒體藝術表達理念和分享。
