Combining the form of a Chinese dragon in Han dynasty with traditional underglaze-blue motif, Guo Pei expresses the free will and unyielding spirit of the dragon culture through the portrayal of the vigorous claws, the flame-like tail, and the raising head of a dragon. The layout of the looming figure of the dragon ingeniously integrates with the white space of underglaze-blue motif, leading viewers to a space of endless imagination.

Guo Pei is the only Chinese fashion designer who has been officially invited by the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture to unveil her collections at the Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week. She is also a life member of Asian Couture Federation. In 1997, she launched her own label and atelier, Rose Studio, in Beijing, marking the beginning of haute couture in China. Being the key person putting forward the concept of haute couture in China, Guo Pei is one of the most authoritative artist in haute couture.

作品將中國漢代龍的造型，結合傳統青花紋樣，龍首上揚，龍爪剛勁，龍尾像一團燃燒的火焰，藉以表達龍文化中自由的意志與不屈的精神；龍紋若隱若現的圖案佈局，巧妙融入青花瓷的留白意蘊，希望能將觀者帶到無窮無盡的想像空間。

郭培是唯一獲巴黎高級時裝工會正式邀請於巴黎高級定製服週上進行發佈的中國服裝設計師，亦是亞洲高級時裝工會的終身會員。1997年創立北京玫瑰坊時裝定製有限責任公司，開創了中國高級定製時裝的先河。於其設計生涯中，成就中國高級定製時裝的誕生，並成為高定時裝領域最權威的藝術家之一。
