fir, half-pole trim, original green leather

23¾ in. (60.3 cm) high

28⅜ in. (72.1 cm) diameter

Overall in very good original condition. The wood presents with scattered minor surface scratches, abrasions, dents and light wear consistent with age and use. The wood with some occasional irregularities and separations to the wood grain, which is typical of inland fir and most of which were filled in by the artist at the time of production. The original leather surfaces display a deep turquoise color with scattered minor surface scratches, abrasions, discolorations, minor ring marks and shallow impressions concentrated to the upper tier. The upper tier with two small burns and a small area of loss to the leather surface consistent with age and use. A stunning work in original condition with balanced proportions.
