Gem set, diamond and blister pearl pendant, late 19th century 

Centring on a blister pearl within a frame of rose-cut emeralds, rubies and diamonds, the reverse engraved with a scallop shell pattern, suspending a detachable pearl drop, the surmount set with turquoise cabochons and rose-cut rubies and diamonds.

Pearls untested for natural origin.
