THREE GEM SET BROOCHES
The pair of brooches designed as birds, each composed of a heart-shaped cabochon chalcedony, the head and tail set with carved lapis lazuli with a ruby eye, later clips, unsigned, French assay mark for gold and maker's mark for Cartier, and a brooch designed as a carved coral hand decorated with a brilliant-cut diamond ring, holding gold cheveux d'ange terminating with a seed pearl and sapphire bead.
