In 2012, a pale green colour. A bouquet of immense finesse and lingering fragrance. Stunning balance and creamy glory. Heavenly mandarin oranges and lemons. The acidity of the year is so beautifully presented, incredibly 'together' like a top dressage horse! Finishes like a delicious lemon sorbet. Liquid panna cotta.
