the gold oval case with gold and diamond mounts surmounted by a crown, the front with automaton rotating flower design highlighted with rose-cut diamonds, translucent blue enamel background over an engine-turned ground, stars to the top and bottom

length including mounts 48.5mm, width 34.5mm
