damascened ultra-thin 17''' lever movement, signed Patek Philippe and numbered 165472, cut and compensated bi-metallic balance, white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer minute ring with red Arabic five-minute indications, blued steel hands, subsidiary seconds with red Arabic numerals, 18ct gold case, the engine-turned back engraved with a border of laurel leaves and centred with a Roman soldier's head in profile, all overlaid with translucent grey enamel, the bezel with translucent grey guilloché enamel and opaque white enamel banding, the band inlaid with white enamel Greek key design, case signed and numbered 273534
