Supporting a silver coin dated 1793, depicting the King of Sicily, Ferdinand Bourbon III on the front, and phoenix rising from flames on the reverse, the bezel inscribed 'Oncia - Ferdinando III - Palermo - 1793,' suspended from a gold curb link chain.
