The Beatles Limited was established by Brian Epstein to handle legal and business affairs when the success of the band seemed assured. It was replaced in later years by Apple Corp. The public officers were the band's accountant, Walter Strach, and Oscar Beuselinck, one of London's most successful (and flamboyant) showbiz lawyers.
