FOUR EXCLUSIVITY AGREEMENTS, AGREED BETWEEN EACH BAND MEMBER AND THE BEATLES LIMITED

each with secretarial signature of the relevant band member and of their accountant James Isherwood, altogether 20 pages, 7 May 1965

This agreement, which was an arrangement to limit the band member's tax liabilities, established that each band member would work exclusively for The Beatles Ltd until 1 July 1966 for an annual salary of £10,000. The exclusivity agreement supplemented an earlier contract with Beatles Limited dated 1 July 1963 and did not cover film work or "composing and song writing".
