A George II mahogany oval jardiniere, circa 1750
the pierced mahogany frame with a border of Vitruvian scroll and mounted with brass carrying handles, the walnut base of the interior supporting a later brass lift-out liner, the squat cabriole feet with concealed castors
41cm. high, 91cm. wide, 60cm. deep; 1ft. 4 1/4in., 2ft. 11 3/4in., 1ft. 11 3/4in.
