decorated by Arthur Morgan, signed with AM monogram in white slip, the centers with a putto reserved on either a peacock-blue, green, brown or carnelian-red ground variant, within a raised-gilt surround, the raised-gilt rim pierced with a key-pattern interrupted by paterae, gilt crowned MINTONS globe marks, retailer's mark for Gilman Collamore & Co, New York, impressed MINTONS marks, registration lozenges for 1874, various impressed cyphers, numeral G 6436 T in iron-red enamel
