an Art Deco platinum ring set with a cabochon turquoise surrounded by table-cut amethysts and two rubies, alternating with pairs of old mine diamonds, circa 1935 and a gold ring set with three cabochon turquoises surrounded by old mine diamonds

Platinum, Turquoise and Gem-Set Ring: In overall good condition given the age of the piece. The mounting with scratching and abrasions commensurate with wear. Interior of shank partially stamped PLAT for platinum. The diamonds of decorative quality. The amethysts and rubies of decorative quality. The medium slightly greenish blue turquoise with areas of discoloration and small areas of visible matrix, otherwise intact and in good condition.
Gold, Turquoise and Diamond Ring: In overall good condition given the age of the piece. The mounting tests as 18 karat gold. The diamonds of decorative quality. The turquoises are light greenish blue, well-matched in color, with a minute areas of visible matrix toward one edge of the stones, noticeable only upon close inspection.
