after a design by Mikhail Adamovich, circular with scalloped rim, the white cavetto painted with a portrait of Lenin after a sketch by Natan Altman, half an Imperial Eagle, a red star and ration cards, inscribed RSFSR in Cyrillic, the border with varicoloured slogan, marked on the underside with blue hammer, sickle and cog numbered 'V' and dated 1922, further numbered ‘243/31’ and signed ‘po ris. Adamovicha’, with green Imperial cypher for Nicholas II dated 1912
