A silver trompe l'oeil vodka set, workmaster VK, St Petersburg, 1899-1903

comprising a double bottle stand, six small cups and two shot glasses, the stand with a separator cast and chased as a tree branches with two bears, the body and the cups similarly décorated imitating weaved baskets, the shot glasses with simulated tied cloths, all with gilt interiors, struck on the undersides and the sides of the shot glasses with workmaster’s initials, 84 standard
