in oriental style, finely chased with protruding male masks in high relief within an ornamental geometric cartouche, the scrolled handle with ivory insulators, gilt interior, engraved on the underside Charlottenhof 1923, struck on the underside with maker's mark beneath the Imperial warrant and underneath the lid with maker's initials, 84 standard

height 17.5cm, 6 9/10in.
