square, the hinged lid applied with a diamond-set and gold fish with a red cabochon eye, cabochon moonstone-set pushpiece, gilt interior, struck on the inside Fabergé in Cyrillic and with workmaster's initials on both sides, 88 standard, with scratched inventory number 59896, in a leather Wartski case
