2 gelatin silver prints comprising 'Wollman Rink, Central Park, New York' and 'New York, N. Y.' (Empire State Building with '58 Chevy Biscayne), each signed, titled, and dated in pencil and with the photographer's copyright/credit stamp on the reverse, 1954-59 (2)
19¼ by 15⅝ in. (48.9 by 39.7 cm.) and 16¾ by 12½ in. (42.5 by 31.8 cm.)
These prints are in generally excellent condition. Upon very close examination, there are a few handling creases. Each print is accompanied by a Ginny Williams Collection labels. Individual condition notes are as follows:
Skating Rink, 1954: There are adhesive remains on the reverse.
Chevy Biscayne, 1959: There are deposits of retouching in the upper right corner and some scattered sharp creases that do not appear to break the emulsion. The upper paper-ply in the upper right margin corner is bent back. '(Biscayne)' is written in pencil by the photographer and there are stray graphite marks on the reverse.
