This rare Polish poster does not surface very often.


This popular fictional story, set in Paris during the late 19th century, focuses on the city's bohemian sub-culture around the cabaret nightclub the Moulin Rouge, and one of the city's illustrious artists, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec. This film has been made into a film a total of four times (1928, 1934, 1952 and 2001). This 1952 film was directed by John Huston, and stars José Ferrer, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Suzanne Flon, Eric Pohlmann, Colette Marchand, Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing, Katherine Kath, Theodore Bikel, and Muriel Smith.
