This film was directed by Massimo Mida (as Mike Middleton), who was also one of the writers. The film stars Guy Madison, Franca Polesello and Mario Valgoi. Rex Miller, played by Guy Madison, works as a secret agent, who's been employed to stop a plot to control the world by administering influential control centres with intoxicating LSD.
