Woodcut with handcolouring in red, green, yellow and brown, circa 1500, a very good impression of this extremely rare print (Schreiber cites one impression only), printing with gaufrage, on paper with an indistinct Heart (?) watermark, unframed

We presume that this is the 'hastily coloured' impression cited in Schreiber, which, like the subsequent lot, 'The Twelve Year Old Jesus in the Temple', originates from the Fürstenberg Court Library at Donaueschingen (see lot 25)
