Structure: Canvas appears original and stable.
Surface: The work exhibits a fairly heavy impasto. There are networks of craquelure in places, for example, to the forehead of the frontmost left-hand red figure, parts of the sky and to the head of the first man in the right-hand line of figures. These networks appear stable. There is some flaking to the paint visible in the lower right hand corner, with possible other examples elsewhere. The work exhibits a layer of light dust across the surface in places and would benefit from a light cleaning.
UV Light: Inspection under UV light reveals some uneven fluorescence but no sign of restoration or repair.
Overall: The work appears to be in very good original condition.
