Structural Condition: The canvas appears original, unlined and sturdy.
Surface: On close inspection, there appear to be areas of minor patterns of cracks and craquelure across the work, particularly towards its edges. There is an area of paint loss in the upper-left quadrant of the work approximately 1cm – this is mainly due to the artist's painting technique of applying thick layers of paint. There also appears to be dust on the surface of the work and may benefit from a clean.
UV Light: Inspection under UV light reveals no clear signs of repair or restoration.
Summary: The work appears to be in good and stable condition.
