• Movement: 10''' frosted gilded, lever escapement, 17 jewels, mono-metallic balance

• Dial: enamel, Roman numeral chapter ring, inner half-hour divisions, dial centre polychrome enamel painted with landscape scene, blued steel beetle and poker hands

• Cases: inner - gold, polychrome enamel painted in 17th century style in the manner of Huaud, back depicting Venus and Mars, Cupid behind holding a mirror, band with landscape vignettes some with classical ruins, olivette beside pendant for hand adjustment, plain gold bezel with French control marks • outer - gold repoussé, a classical figure, possibly Mercury, riding a horse with a dragon beneath its feet, rocky coastline in the background, surrounded by shell and scroll work and vignettes of hunting dogs and birds, bezel chased and engraved with scrolls and foliage, diamond-set thumb piece 

• Box: original fitted green leather box with gold tooling, the lid with dedication à Henriette Georgi ses grands parents Ch. et M. Georgi, velvet lined fitted interior, two compartments for inner and outer cases, silk lined lid gilt printed exhibition medals and signed Anc^ne M^on Le Roy & Fils, L.
