• Movement: 16 size, nickel decoratively damascened bridges, lever movement, 17 jewels, bi-metallic compensation balance, precision regulation, grade PSB, signed and numbered P.S. Bartlett, Waltham, 18109735
• Dial: white enamel dial with black Roman numerals and outer red five-minute indication, subsidiary seconds, signed Waltham
• Case: 14ct vari-colour gold hunting case, the covers to one side with diamond set horseshoe surrounding a horse's head, the other side centred with a vacant cartouche surrounded by vari-colour gold flowers and leaves framed by a horseshoe, scalloped band, case signed BWCo., case and cuvette numbered 6280452

P.S. Bartlett models are named after a former Waltham employee.
Patten Sargeant Bartlett worked from 1854 to 1864 as one of the earliest employees of the Boston Watch Company, a precursor to the Waltham Watch Company. After working briefly at Elgin National Watch Co. in Chicago, he returned to Massachusetts as a watchmaker for Waltham from 1878 to 1881.
