梵克雅寶 | 'Dentelle' 藍寶石 配 紅寶石 及 鑽石 別針
Designed as lace accented with brilliant-cut diamonds, cushion- and pear-shaped sapphires and circular-cut rubies, mounted in 14 karat yellow gold, signed V.C.A., numbered.
