Set with a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 5.12 carats, between two shield-shaped diamonds, to the shank pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in 18 karat white gold, size 5¾.

Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 20011153, dated 22 January 2020, stating that the sapphire is of Madagascan origin, with no indications of heating.
