Designed as a scholar's rock, set with an emerald weighing approximately 1.79 carats, embellished with circular-cut sapphires and brilliant-cut diamonds.
Signed Elsa Jin. Inscribed 1.79ct referring to the weight of the emerald. Metal tested as white gold for the hoops and titanium for the centre scholar's rock. Pin lock stamped K18WG for 18 karat white gold. Emerald is of medium green colour and medium saturation, under 10x magnification, there are typical inclusions with a few to the surface, s few nicks and minor chips but not noticeable when worn. Sapphires estimated to weigh approximately 8.50-9.00 carats in total, are of light to medium deep tone, blue to violetish blue colour and light to strong saturation, under 10x magnification, there are some typical inclusions, a few minor abrasions and tiny chips only visible under close inspection. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 7.50-8.00 carats in total, are on average G-H colour, VVS-VS clarity as gauged and graded in the mount.
