Designed as a cluster of blooming flowers, the petals set with pear-shaped rubies and sapphires, to the carved emerald leaves, highlighted with brilliant-cut diamonds, to the similarly-set chain, mounted in platinum and yellow gold, signed Boucheron Paris, numbered.
Signed Boucheron Paris, numbered 58.297. With French maker's mark and French assay marks for gold and platinum. Rubies estimated to weigh approximately 17.00-19.00 carats in total, are mainly of medium with a few deep tone, purplish red to red colour and medium strong to strong saturation; sapphires estimated to weigh approximately 14.00-16.00 carats in total, are mainly of medium deep violetish blue colour and medium strong to strong saturation; emeralds are of medium light green colour and medium saturation; all gemstones observed under 10x magnification, there are typical inclusions with some to the surface, some abrasions and tiny chips, two emeralds with partial chipped off corners. Diamonds estimated to weight approximately 4.50 carats in total, are mainly about G-H colour and SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount.
Signs of normal wear to the metal commensurate with age, some discolouration and minor tarnish. Overall in good condition. Length of necklace approximately 405mm.
