Centering a rectangular step-cut diamond weighing approximately 9.95 carats, within an intertwined split-shank mounting set with round diamonds and black diamonds, size 8¼, signed de Grisogono, numbered 55228/01/1, with maker's mark.
Please note that the black diamonds have not been tested for natural origin of color.
