De forme quadrilobée, pavé de diamants taille brillant et orné en son centre d'une émeraude gravée figurant deux têtes de chevaux, dimensions 54 x 43 mm, signé Mellerio, numéroté, poinçon français pour l'or 18K (750°/00), poinçon de maître pour Mellerio dits Meller, poids brut 30.71 g, écrin signé Mellerio.
Of quaterfoil design, pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds and set in the centre with a carved emerald depicting two horse heads, measuring approximately 54 x 43mm, signed Mellerio, numbered, French assay mark for 18 carat gold and maker's mark for Mellerio dits Meller, gross weight 30.71 grams, case stamped Mellerio.
