The centre set with three octogonal-shaped sapphires highlighted by brilliant-cut diamonds, to a double fancy-link chain, length approximately 400mm, signed Mellerio, numbered, French assay mark for 18 carat gold and maker's mark for Mellerio dits Meller, gross weight 43.60 grams, case stamped Mellerio.
