Designed as a butterfly set with emerald and ruby cabochons and highlighted by brilliant-cut diamonds, measuring approximately 68 x 51mm, signed Mellerio, numbered, French assay mark for 18 carat gold, maker's mark for Mellerio dits Meller, gross weight 33.91 grams, case stamped Mellerio.
