This work will be included in the forthcoming Catalogue Critique de l'oeuvre sculpté d'Auguste Rodin currently being prepared by the Comité Rodin in collaboration with Galerie Brame & Lorenceau under the direction of Jérôme Le Blay under the archive number 2009-2466B.
Variegated brown patina. Some surface dust and dirt in deeper crevices. Some rubbing to the extremities of the bronze. Two light scratches measuring half-inch in length on the kneeling figure's proper right thigh. The work is in good condition.
