The ceramic is sound. There is some crazing to the glaze. There are some minor flecks of loss to the glaze at the lower edge, with a couple of tiny flecks of loss to the upper edge. There are also some losses to the glaze on the reverse. There is a faint scratch to the glaze in the centre of the work. There are some minor losses to the reverse of the plate, largely in line with the firing process, however some of these are the result of subsequent damage. The work is in overall good condition.
