Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down and hinged to the overmount with adhesive tabs at the upper edge. The lower and upper edges of the sheet are unevenly cut. There are artist's pinholes in the upper right corner. There are small nicks and creases in a number of places around the extreme edges. The lower right corner is creased. There are small spots of foxing in places, almost exclusively at the extreme edges. There is some time staining to the sheet, most visible in line with the current mount. There are some incredibly fine lines of craquelure in the thicker areas of pigment, with some tiny associated flecks of loss. There is some light surface dirt. The work is in overall good condition.
