Executed on cream wove paper and not laid down, the sheet is hinged to the mount in two places along the upper and lower edges. There is a historic repair to each corner of the sheet with some further historic repairs to the edges. There is a small artist's pinhole to the centre of each edge and two further pinholes, one to the upper left and one to the lower left corners of the sheet. The sheet is slightly time stained and there is staining along the edges of the sheet. There are a few spots of very light craquelure in some of the thicker areas of pigment, only visible upon very close inspection. There are several spots of foxing and spots of light staining and surface dirt to the sheet. This work is in overall good condition.
