Louis Stern has confirmed the authenticity of this work. It will be included in the catalogue raisonné of paintings, to be published by the Alfredo Ramos Martínez Research Project.

This work is in very good condition overall. The colors are vibrant, and the media layer is stable. Minor wear and slight creasing are present to the unpainted extreme lower right corner of the board. Under ultraviolet light inspection, no evidence of inpainting becomes apparent.
