The SeaDweller triple six was the first SeaDweller to be fitted with a sapphire crystal to protect the dial. It also had a upgraded caliber 3035 that operated at a higher frequency of 28,000 beats per hour rather than 19,800 and in addition, had the quick date set feature. The reference was first introduced in the late 1970s. This example offered here is a wonderful example of a triple six. The lumes and hands have aged to a warm creamy colour. The case is also nice and crisp. What further elevates this example is the double signed dial bearing the prestigious Tiffany & Co. signature.
