It was in the year 2000 that Rolex introduced the new automatic Daytona reference 116520. This new generation of Daytona featured the new in house caliber 4130 and were engraved with P serial numbers. Some of these early Daytona have a fascinating feature where the dial ages and over time turns to a rich cream colour. The present watch is a fabulous example of a cream dial Daytona and has been retained in very charming condition accompanied by its punch Garantie and green factory sticker to the case back.
