The Rolex Daytona reference 116519 is equipped with the first in-house chronograph movement produced by the manufacturer. The calibre 4130 was launched in the year 2000 and replaced the 'Zenith' movement. With case numbers dating back to the same year, this particular lot is among the first Rolex Daytona that came with the new movement.
Adding a mother-of-pearl dial brings a sense of femininity to this well known sporty watch. This pink example is from the popular Beach series of Daytona. In addition to pink, one can find green, blue and yellow Beach examples. This watch has been retained in excellent condition and still retains its green factory sticker.
